Mid City Motor Lodge - Policies
- Tariffs: Seasonal/unit rates and minimum booking periods apply. Extra charges may be levied eg for departures on public hoildays. Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on day of departure ( if not already done so). Overdue/recovery charges may be made if your account is not paid on time.
- Check-in: Is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and/or check-out is by arrangement only.
- Cancellation/refund policy: Cancellation up to 21 days before the booked date incur no charges. Thereafter, the deposit may be retained and the total amount for the booked accommodation may be charged. Any reservation booked less than 21 days proir to arrival date, 7 day notice of your cancellation is required or the total amount for the reseravtion may be charged. Special condition apply to Group booking, quotations/reservations and online bookings. A flat fee deposit is required for on line bookings this fee is non refundable cancelled after the required 21 days notice.
- Credit Card guarantees: No charge will be made against the card details unless the guest falis to arrive for the booked accommodation. On line reservation require authorisation of a credit card deposit/withdrawal.
- Visitors: are permitted at the managements discretion. The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property . All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any associated with inappropriate behaviour resulting in loss of income to the motel will be charged to the registed guest. We ask that you respect the comfort of others & noise is kept to a minimum and all visitors depart by 10pm.
- Changes in reservation term: Any change in reservation term will
be treated as a new booking and additional charges may apply. Any extension
to a booking is subject to availability of rooms. Earlier departure than the
reserved date may not result in a refund unless the motel management approve
and are able to relet the booked accommodation.
- Smoking: All of our units are smoke free. Please smoke outside away from open windows and doors. In the event of someone having of smoked in the room we reserve the right to recover cleaning costs and any resulting loss of income on to the register guest.
